- Shekhar Bhutkar Added February 02, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Visited this OPTUS retail store, first time, during the last week concerning a purchase of mobile handset. I was serviced by a gentleman called Ameet RAY. Not his fault but, what was supposed to be a 10 minute transaction, took about 2 hours due to some snafus within internal checks.
I saw that Ameet kept his patience and guided me through all hooves to sort it out, without loosing his cool.
I was amazed at his dedication to get through a problem and resolve the acute customer need.
